yes, if you skip heaps of meals, you will lose weight. but once you get back into your old eating routine you will regain the weight plus maybe a bit more because you fucked up your metabolism. just try to eat regular, healthy meal and exercise regularly and you will lose weight.
this is just a basic timeline for if you are eating well and exercising regularly:
4 weeks until you notice a difference.
8 weeks until friends and family notice a difference.
12 weeks until the rest of the world notices a difference.
